一、基本情况
李建伟,男,博士,教授、博士生导师。河北工业大学“元光学者”。在河北工业大学获得学士、硕士、博士学位。长期从事生物信息的数据挖掘研究,主要包括应用人工智能算法挖掘RNA调控功能,复杂生物网络构建及分析,基于人工智能的药物研发及相关疾病预测,大语言模型在生物信息领域应用。在Genome Biology、Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics等国际期刊和国际会议上发表论文40余篇,获国家授权发明专利10余项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、河北省重点研发计划项目、河北省自然科学基金项目、新疆生产建设兵团社会发展领域科技攻关项目等十余项,河北工业大学计算机科学与技术专业生物信息与计算医学方向带头人、中国计算机学会生物信息学专委会委员。
